Your First Visit

Our aim is to provide a friendly service for our patients, with up-to-date advice and treatment.

• At your first appointment, we ask all our new patients to fill out a Medical History Form, to include any prescribed medication.
• At the initial consultation your dentist will carry out a complete assessment of your dental and oral health and discuss any treatment you may require.
• The dentist may also take diagnostic x-rays allowing us to provide you with a bespoke treatment plan.
• A Denplan Assessment will also be completed and details of recommended dental plans discussed for your consideration.
• If you have any specific concerns about your teeth, this appointment will give you the opportunity to discuss potential options.
